DJ now protected in purpose-made plastic sleeve. 207 pages Once called "Saturday Night Soldiers" these were the young men who gave up their spare time to the Territorial Army. In Germany they were derided as a "sort of Sunday School for amateur soldiers and in no way considered as an efficient combat force".
