This is the story of this plane, the six men and two women who perished in her. It also tells of an extraordinary and dashing band of young Australian aviators who piloted the first Airliners. And it shows how by a chain of unhappy circumstances the loss of this plane led to the deaths of Australian National Airways' famous founders - Charles Kingsford-Smith and Charles Ulm.
