Overseas Customers - We normally ship via Australia Post [Air Mail] and this usually takes 7-14 working days depending on your location and local postal services.
Australian Customers - We normally use Australia Post Parcel Delivery. Normal delivery time for Australia Post is 4-6 working days. Express Post is available but is a little more expensive - this usually takes 1-2 working days but can be longer for non-metropolitan locations.
We pack the books so that they will not, under normal conditions, be damaged in transit. Standard packing includes wrapping the book[s] in brown paper and where needed in bubble wrap. They are then put into a cardboard protective sleeve or box. Care is taken to ensure adequate packaging is used. We get a lot of compliments about the standard of our packaging.
